Our team consists of four distinguished partners, each boasting an impressive wealth of experience spanning over a century collectively. Our backgrounds encompass diverse fields, including healthcare, military, linguistics, education, quality management, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, among others. This multifaceted expertise enables us to identify and offer innovative and groundbreaking solutions that push the boundaries of healthcare and redefine what’s possible.

Amy Cole

SENIOR MANAGING PARTNER / Board Chair

With over two and a half decades of unwavering commitment and a proven track record in the healthcare industry, I am a seasoned and results-driven senior executive leader. My enduring passion and determination revolve around empowering individuals and organizations to achieve their goals and realize their optimal outcomes. Throughout my career, I have taken the lead in various capacities, including hospital leadership, launching multi-specialty physician practices, managing integrations, and spearheading mergers and acquisitions. My consistent focus on driving transformative growth and delivering remarkable results has been my hallmark. I have earned a reputation for my acute ability to swiftly identify and capitalize on business opportunities. In an ever-evolving healthcare landscape filled with multiple stakeholders and dynamic challenges, I have consistently delivered transformative results. My unwavering commitment to the healthcare sector is driven by a deep passion for the industry. Doug Cole

Senior Managing Partner / President

Doug is a seasoned Engineering and Business Management Professional with over 40 years of outstanding achievements. Throughout his career, he’s demonstrated a track record of success in leading manufacturing, engineering, technical, and commercial teams. His passion lies in delivering operational customer solutions that make a real impact. He thrives on solving complex challenges and driving innovation in both the engineering and business realms globally.

James Williams

Senior Managing Partner / President

James, has a varied background in the military, healthcare, tier-1 US defense contractor business development, cybersecurity, software development, and information technology. He served in the US Marine Corps for 38 years, retiring at the rank of Major General. He has led organizations with personnel sizes from 5 to 43,000, and budgets from a few million dollars to $12 billion a month.

In the business world, he has built hospitals, recruited and hired doctors, and started clinical programs and centers of excellence. His education includes degrees from Georgetown University, Yale University, US Army War College, and Slippery Rock University, and has completed graduate programs at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government and at the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flager Business School.

His goal in regenerative medicine is to ensure that clinicians and patient populations in the United States and Internationally are advised that MSC exosomes are available to treat many conditions that affect human populations and ensure worldwide distribution.

Maria Viera-Williams,

Senior Managing Partner

Maria, a Senior Managing Partner, has been a lifelong educator having worked at all levels of education including public schools, private boys and girls schools, director of education in a prison, and in charter school systems. She is a highly effective leader.

Her education includes undergraduate and graduate studies and degrees from the University of Texas at El Paso, Texas A&M University-Commerce, University of Texas at Arlington, and is a former Fellow, of Yale University’s Teachers Institute. Her education career was highlighted by her being selected as the International Educator of the Year for 2020-2021.
